1. The participation fees mentioned above are only congress registration fee, the accommodation fee is not included and belongs to the participant.
2. Participation fees include VAT. The invoice will be issued by the MIRAGO Tourism Organization Firm.
3. Congress participation fees include; (i) attendance at all scientific presentations, (ii) congress bag, (iii) congress documents, (iv) daytime refreshments.
4. Single day registration (not to accommodate in hotel) fee includes (between 09:00 and 18:00); (i) attendance at scientific sessions of the day registered, (ii) daytime refreshments, (iii) badge, (iv) congress bag, (v) congress documents and (vi) attendance certificate.
5. Participants who will not stay in the congress hotel (for each single-day registration) will pay 30 € per day for the all inclusive usage of the hotel (between 09:00 and 18:00, breakfast, lunch and all drinks) except for the registration fees stated in the above rate table.
6. Other services not mentioned above are not included in the registration fee, such as personal extras, accommodation, transfers outside the free service hours.
7. Participants paying for registration after 17:00 on October 25, 2022 must come to the registration desk together with their bank receipts.
8. Participants who have to pay to the registration desk on the congress day have to pay in cash. There is no credit card payment.
